TWSE upgraded to PHP 8.3. Regenerate Thumbnails plugin looks to be source of issue. Ending maintenance.

Altwire updated to PHP 8.3, increased maximum RAM, noticeable performance improvements, but monitoring for errors. TWSE remains at PHP 8.1 as 8.2 triggered a 500 error.

Upgrading all sites to a minimum of 8.2 (current version 8.4). Will occur overnight in case of incompatibility issues.
